Self-service password reset (SSPR) gives you the ability to change or reset your password, with no administrator or help desk involvement.

If your account is locked or just forget the password, please follow the prompts to unblock yourself and get back to work.

SSPR is only enabled once you are enrolled in MFA with two methods ( Refer to FAQ on our Service Desk Portal for instructions to Setup MFA)

 

User initiated password reset

Users can initiate a password reset from the logon page by clicking “Cant access your account?” link (see below). Alternatively, users can navigate to the following link – https://aka.ms/sspr
