Multifactor Authentication (MFA): Is a very important and mandatory security feature to stop anyone being able to access your account, especially from overseas. You should already be used to MFA, as it is used within your online banking. By doing this, it will also unlock a number of great new features for you…

Windows Hello – Not just a pretty face; a face that windows loves so much it logs you on (Surface Pro laptops)! In addition to your face, Windows Hello will allow you to logon using a 6 digit PIN code.

Self Service Password Reset (SSPR) – Just do it… yourself. SSPR will allow you reset your own password without getting in touch with the Technology Team, and also allow you to do this away from the office.

Passwords – what password? – With the extra security measures we’re putting in place; we will only need you to change your password once a year. How good is that!
