Title/Problem: Noggin Login issue on Laptop/Desktop


 

Problem Statement: This issue occurs if different users share the same device and use the same login details to logon on the PC

Noggin will hold the previous user SSO login details on cache and create a conflict when a different user logs in.


 

Symptoms of the problem: Using Google Chrome the user’s email address is inputted, then the you receive the following error: services.apse2.elasticnoggin.com is currently unable to handle this request.



 

Solution 1:


Use Microsoft Edge instead of Google Chrome or IE.


Solution 2: 


Log on to the PC using the new users credentials.
